Our esteemed organization is seeking a dynamic, experienced and dedicated Project Engineer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment in the Construction industry. The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing all engineering and technical aspects of our construction projects to ensure project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

1. Review project plans, proposals, and objectives with senior management and make recommendations on the project feasibility and strategy.
2. Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other construction professionals for technical consultations and project estimation.
3. Prepare, review, and oversee project documentation such as submittals, schedules, budgets, specifications, and contracts.
4. Manage the project's technical aspects and provide direction and support to the project team.
5. Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
6. Perform risk management to minimize project risks, including identifying potential issues or constraints and proactively proposing solutions.
7. Ensure all project deliverables meet the quality standards and project deadlines.
8. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders.
9. Collaborate with the team to address any onsite issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in a project engineering role.
3. Strong knowledge and experience with submittals, project estimation, and construction documentation.
4. Proven track record of managing all technical aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Proficiency in project management software tools.
9. Strong understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
11. Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
