Founded in 2011, we've been busy reducing global methane emissions, and revolutionizing landfill gas (LFG) collection and refinement technologies utilizing its own patented technologies. We continue to seek out contacts within the municipal solid waste (MSW) sector via relationship-building with landfill owners, operators and waste management companies.

We provide an integrated, end-to-end landfill gas-to-energy (LFGTE) solution to the municipal solid waste (MSW) sector. We can qualify, finance, develop, install, and operate projects that capture and process vented and fugitive methane to generate new revenue streams and reduce compliance risk for landfill partners.

**This position is located in Midland, TX, we will consider relocation for the ideal candidate**

This position is vital for managing engineering projects and supporting the operation of existing assets. The ideal candidate will possess a robust
engineering background, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to work across multiple disciplines. We are seeking a
dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer to lead the development and execution of customer and internal gas treating projects.

General requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
  • 2 years of experience in project engineering and/or process/asset integrity

engineering or related roles

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in refining, oil and gas, or chemical processing.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification or Engineer-in-Training (EIT)

pursuing PE.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion,

ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with
quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in

partnership with stakeholders.
  • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation,

and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design,

procurement, construction, and quality assurance.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential issues, and

implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and

stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company

policies.
  • Analyze and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency,

reduce costs, and enhance safety.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to support

continuous improvement of existing assets.
  • Provide technical support and training to operations personnel.
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Experience with process optimization and asset integrity management

in an industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, ProMax or

similar simulation software).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven

decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to

work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, ASME,

API).
  • Work is generally performed indoors and sedentary
  • Ability to work in an industrial environment, including standing,

walking, and climbing as necessary
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs
  • Repetitious hand and finger dexterity to communicate via email and

cellphone
  • Extensive visual and auditory observation during work
  • Write and read job-related notes via email, etc.

  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of

engineering principles, specifically in oil & gas, renewable natural gas,
or chemical processing, and process optimization.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability to analyze data and processes to

identify improvement opportunities.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in project

execution and process analysis.
  • Communication: Effectively conveys information and ideas to diverse

stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Collaborates effectively with others to achieve common

goals.
  • Initiative: Proactively identifies and addresses issues and

opportunities.
Work Environment:
  • Primarily office-based with up to 20% travel to operational sites and

facilities
  • May require occasional travel to project locations or industry

conferences
