Project Manager – Commercial Architecture (Buildings)

Are you an architectural Project Manager that would like to have a side gig working remotely with another firm part-time?

We are hiring a part-time Project Manager! This position would likely average 4-8 hours of remote work per week. You can work as a consultant for an architecture firm to help track project budgets, schedules, and employee performance.

This role is appealing because it is an opportunity to earn additional income without affecting your current employment, and gain experience with a new architecture firm. There are no core hours required; you can set your own schedule for this role. If you are currently working for another architecture firm fulltime, you can decide when to work in this role as the consulting Project Manager.

The Project Manager will be working with architecture projects in the multifamily market sector. You will work in conjunction with a very small team of 1-2 others, to help them manage housing projects.

About You:

• 10+ years of progressive experience as an architectural Project Manager
• Licensed Architect preferred- but not required
• Experience managing fees, budgets, schedules and a small project team
• Project experience with housing projects a plus
• Proficient with Revit software
