Job Title: Project Manager -- Electrical OR energy or Electrical or Utility or Nuclear Construction  
Location: Newark, NJ - 07102
Duration: 12 + Months, 
Hybrid (Tue & Wed) 

Pay Rate Range:$60 -$83

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage processes for implementing energy efficiency projects and programs in accordance with approved requirements.
• Interface with associates, vendors, customers, and outside consultants to ensure program rules and requirements are maintained, projects are cost-effective, and information needed for management and regulatory reporting is accurate and timely.
• Coordinate and direct the activities of vendors and contractors, review vendor deliverables, monitor vendor performance, and process vendor invoices.
• Perform and oversee program and project QA/QC, applying knowledge in energy savings measures and techniques.
• Conduct project site visits as required.
• Compile and analyze data from various projects/sources to monitor the status of customer projects and report to management.
• Analyze performance results for management reports and provide monthly project status forecasts.
• Manage customer relationships to provide program services with a high level of satisfaction.
• Ensure vendor and employee compliance with safety protocols and practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• More than 7 years of experience in Electrical, Utility, Nuclear, or Energy construction background.
• More than 5 years of experience with Vendor Management.
• Experience with project scope, schedule, and budget in energy, Electrical, Utility, or Nuclear fields.
• More than 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining processes for implementing energy, Electrical, Utility, or Nuclear efficiency projects.
