- Prioritize, assign, and oversee daily tasks and activities across project teams to ensure the timely execution of event communication strategies
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule
- Coordinate deadlines for event marketing assets, including emails, social posts, landing pages, and registration flows
- Maintain and update project trackers to ensure all stakeholders have visibility into key milestones
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across marketing, creative, and event teams
- Work with third-party agency partners to deliver event-related marketing campaigns on time
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between the Event Communications team and other departments related to project deliverables
- Manage the execution of event communication workflows, including email campaigns, social promotions, landing pages, and attendee engagement initiatives
- Ensure seamless integration of messaging across multiple touchpoints, including pre-event, live-event, and post-event follow-ups
- Coordinate content approvals and asset reviews with key stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date status reports on all event communication deliverables
- Track content production, ensuring deadlines for copy, design, and development are met
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, taking notes and documenting action items
- Assist in drafting project briefs and distributing relevant information to teams
- Monitor email performance, engagement metrics, and registration trends to identify opportunities for optimization
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency in event communications
Requirements:
- Professional Project Management certification is highly valued
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with direct experience in event communications, marketing, or operations required
- Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns and content production within an event-driven environment
- Previous experience managing email campaigns, audience segmentation, and event registration workflows is a plus
- Strong ability to lead, influence, and drive project outcomes across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards
- Experience with project management software-Workfront is highly valuable; Additional experience with Jira is ideal
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms, CRM tools are a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
