Impact Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Land Development to lead dynamic, high-impact projects in the Lisle, IL area. ? What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage civil engineering project teams, ensuring excellence in design production, coordination, and client satisfaction.

  • Oversee project scope, schedules, and budgets to deliver profitable, on-time results.

  • Mentor and develop staff, aligning team strengths with project needs.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat business.

  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and define clear deliverables.

  • Reinforce the firm’s reputation for high-quality project delivery.
? What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in civil land development.

  • PE license preferred (not required).

  • Proven track record as a project engineer or manager.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to delegate effectively and manage teams independently.

  • History of delivering profitable projects and satisfied clients.
