Position: Property Maintenance Manager

Location: Anchorage, AK

Pay: $20-$26/Hr

Schedule: Part-Time. Potential for full time, workload dependent.

Duties - Property Maintenance Manager

• Responsible for the upkeep, repairs and minor renovation of buildings and grounds.

• Maintain a neat, clean and safe work environment for the entire agency.

• Maintain and coordinate service utilities in heat, electrical, plumbing and power.

• Make necessary repairs to furniture, equipment, and tools.

• Complete interior and exterior painting of the facility as needed.

• Direct and supervise students in the repairs of student property damage.

• Maintain the grounds, including mowing, sweeping, shoveling, snow removal and sanding parking lot and walkways.

• Stock supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance. Keep storage areas neat and orderly.

• Routine maintenance of vehicles, including monthly inspection reports, vehicle registration, necessary insurance documentation in all vehicles

Property Maintenance Manager

• A minimum of two years’ experience in general maintenance of grounds, buildings, and equipment.

• Must possess a clean driving record and have a valid state of Alaska driver’s license along with a valid certificate of insurance and auto registration.

• Must be able to pass a state and federal background check.

• A college degree is preferred or relevant experience and time in this field.
