About the Role
As a Lovesac Brand Partnership Associate, you will create engaging in-store event experiences with our brand partners, travel within your territory to promote our products, and help customers design furniture that fits their style and space. If you're passionate about sustainability, customer experience, and building brand awareness, join our Retail Team!
What You’ll Do
- Travel daily to Lovesac events within third-party environments in your territory.
- Represent Lovesac as a brand ambassador to increase awareness and loyalty.
- Create interactive environments, deliver product demos, and promote offers to drive sales.
- Create urgency with customers to encourage purchases during events.
- Stay informed on product features, benefits, and industry trends.
- Promote the Lovesac post-purchase experience for customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure positive experiences.
- Assist with setting up product displays and support event operations.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support in-store responsibilities when not at events, including engaging customers, managing quotes, and promoting services.
- Utilize company tools and reports to support daily tasks.
- Follow company policies ensuring safety and standards.
- Meet or exceed sales and demand plan goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance
- Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays
- Reside within 30 miles of the location and in the same state
- At least 1 year in retail or customer service
- Experience in event-based settings preferred
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, perform product demos confidently
- Ability to travel daily as required
- Strong judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and perform physical tasks

Eligible associates can earn up to 26 hours of paid time off, with overtime and holiday pay as per policy. Pay varies based on location, experience, and skills.
