Supports store leadership in achieving store goals by assisting with team development, operations, and visual presentation.
Key responsibilities include managing store procedures, payroll, inventory, and cash handling; hiring, training, and coaching staff; ensuring excellent customer service; and maintaining visual standards.
Assists in employee relations and performance management, fosters a positive work environment, and ensures operational standards are met.
Qualifications include at least 3 years retail leadership, strong customer service skills, experience supervising sales associates, and a passion for the brand.
