Job Description:
United Trades of America is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in providing quality pavement systems to our customers. This position offers competitive pay based on experience, along with excellent benefits such as 401K, health, and life insurance. As a Plant Operator, you will play a key role in the operation and maintenance of equipment while ensuring the production of high-quality material.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate portable pugmills to batch RCC mix.
• Oversee material receipt, including stockpiling and inspection.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reporting of job results, including material usage, water content, production rates, and plant hours.
• Perform daily inspection and cleanup of plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot problems and issues as necessary, reporting to management in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and assist with minor equipment repairs as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
