Full-time QA Inspector position offering $24.00 - $26.00/hourly.
Perform detailed inspections of components from new or revised molds, documenting results accurately.
Develop and select measurement methods, conduct visual and dimensional inspections, and perform statistical analyses.
Develop, implement, and maintain CMM programs, troubleshoot issues, and provide CMM training.
Assist in calibrations, gauge procurement, and internal fixture calibration.
Ensure measurement accuracy, support quality and manufacturing teams, and promote safety culture.
Qualifications include a 2-year vocational inspection program or relevant experience, knowledge of inspection equipment, and familiarity with software like MCOSMOS and MSURF.
Physical demands include occasional lifting up to 40 lbs and exposure to fumes; noise is minimal.
