Our client, a personal care contract manufacturer, is seeking a QC Microbiologist in Pomona, CA for a 6-month contract-hire position with pay rates of $24-$30/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform microbiological testing on various samples
- Conduct preservative efficiency testing
- Review and execute test protocols
- Manage document control and calibration of equipment
- Maintain logbooks and support clerical tasks
- Ensure compliance with GMP and safety protocols
- Assist other QC areas as needed and perform additional duties
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s in Microbiology or related field, or relevant experience
- Knowledge of microbiological methods
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
