Job Description :
- Performs visual, dimensional, and functional inspections per procedures and product specs.
- Reports non-conformances, discusses corrective actions, and follows up on effectiveness.
- Determines product acceptability, initiates rejection notices, and maintains inspection records.
- Identifies issues outside inspection scope and refers them to supervisors.
- Monitors GMP compliance and reports infractions.
- Evaluates product and process, making subjective visual decisions.
- Impacts product quality, productivity, and costs related to rework, scrap, and warranty.
- Requires a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years of QC experience, and good communication skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and read/understand English; manufacturing experience preferred.
