Advance Services is seeking a Quality Control Technician for a company in Hastings, NE. Employees will enjoy a safe work environment, safety and attendance incentives, and weekly pay!
We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to ensure materials, products, and fabricated components meet company standards. The ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers is required.
Duties include:- Inspect incoming materials, in-process work, and finished products to ensure conformance with work orders and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and templates
- Measure centerlines and reference points to verify layout and machine setup
- Verify size and physical properties of materials such as plates, sheets, and structural components
- Inspect fabricated parts for accuracy, including hole sizes and dimensions
- Identify defects or non-conforming products and document findings
- Prepare reports and recommend improvements to materials, dies, fixtures, or processes
Schedule:
Monday Friday
7:00 AM 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Wage:
$18.00 per hour
