The role involves conducting quality tests on resin, prepreg, and carbon fiber using measurement devices, analyzing data, and documenting results. The technician will collaborate across departments to ensure product quality, perform process inspections, and contribute to a safety-first culture with proper PPE use. Shifts are rotating 8-12 hours with flexible days off.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, physical ability to perform tasks, and strong communication skills. Prior experience in chemical, mechanical, or physical testing is a plus. Candidates must meet legal employment eligibility requirements.
