We are seeking a highly driven Quality Engineer with a strong systems and compliance orientation to lead quality initiatives within a fast-paced, automotive-focused environment. This role is ideal for a quality professional who thrives in structured environments, understands regulatory rigor, and can confidently lead audits and cross-functional teams.
This role is heavily focused on quality systems ownership, audit leadership, and compliance execution. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and strengthening our Quality Management System while driving operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001/14001 standards
• Continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Internal and external audits, including customer and registrar audits
• Execute and support APQP and PPAP processes
• Develop and maintain PFMEAs, Control Plans, and Capability Studies
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving initiatives
• Systems-driven with a structured, process-oriented mindset
• Audit-ready and confident interacting with customers and registrars
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail
• Leadership-focused with strong governance orientation
• Background in Tier 1 automotive manufacturing preferred
• Proven QMS and audit leadership experience
• Experience leading customer audits
