Responsible for performing routine and complex product and process inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
Perform dimensional layout, first article verification, and process audits, providing technical input on inspection methods.
Collect data for SPC applications and learn composite inspection processes.
Follow instructions, engineering drawings, and safety regulations; maintain a clean work environment.
Prepare inspection reports, document non-conformances, and communicate issues to supervisors.
Maintain compliance with company policies, including government regulations and export controls.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, 3+ years of hands-on inspection experience, proficiency with measurement tools, visual inspection skills, and basic computer skills.
Preferred qualifications include DQR certification and 5+ years of experience.
Must be a U.S. citizen, able to lift 50 lbs, and pass vision requirements.
