While some industry experience is preferred, it’s not required. We seek organized individuals with a high level of initiative and strong time management and problem-solving skills who have the ability to work well in both independent and team environments.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and document areas for improvement

• Assist in inspecting and sampling the donation process

• Support change management initiatives

• Aid in auditing internal processes and external vendors

• Manage donor case file closures

• Assist with recovery and reprocessing final releases

• Adhere to safety protocols and optional functions

• Create and maintain records of any nonconformities from procedure
