The role offers $17/hour and requires students majoring in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or Chemistry, preferably sophomores, juniors, or seniors. Candidates should have basic lab skills, knowledge of organic chemistry, strong organization, attention to detail, good communication, and a desire to learn and grow.
