Radiation Test Engineer responsible for analyzing and testing spacecraft electronics for radiation environments.

Role

  • Support fault-tolerant electrical system design for radiation environments
  • Simulate and model GTO and GEO radiation effects on PCBA designs
  • Coordinate radiation testing campaigns to upscreen components
  • Develop fault-tolerant systems in collaboration with the team
  • Assist in electrical design, bringup, and testing activities
  • Participate in recruiting and team growth

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in nuclear, electrical engineering, physics, or related field
  • Hands-on experience testing for radiation effects in aerospace
  • Design and testing of analog/digital circuits; fault-tolerant systems
  • US Citizenship or Green Card required

Preferred
  • Experience in space or high-radiation environments
  • Radiation lab testing experience
  • Knowledge of Geostationary radiation effects
  • ECAD/MCAD skills (e.g., Altium, Solidworks)
