A premier radiology group in Alaska is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist with Mammography experience. The facility is open to Locums-to-Perm or Locums, but prefers a permanent candidate. Case Mix: Community-based hospital general radiology mix with mammography, fluoro, and light procedural work
Workload: 50-60 wRVUs per day
Call Schedule:Q6 weekend call + 2 weeks of evening shifts per year (No deep nights!)

$715K total cash compensation Year 1
12 weeks vacation
1 to 1.5-year partnership track (based on experience)
Partner income: Top 1% nationally consistently earning $1M+ after full buy-in
