Seeking a Rail/Track Civil Engineer to join a leading transportation team in the New England region.
Responsibilities include providing technical expertise in rail design, developing study and construction documents, estimating costs, reviewing designs, and overseeing field inspections. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, managing projects within right-of-way, and mentoring staff.
Qualifications include a BA/BS in Civil/Structural Engineering with 6+ years of experience in rail projects, proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley OpenRail, knowledge of FRA, DOT, and AREMA standards, and local Massachusetts residency preferred.
Additional requirements include strong communication skills, client relations experience, and the ability to lead meetings.
