Team Francesco at Christie's Real Estate Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Assistant to join our top-producing team. This role will primarily involve transaction coordination and marketing support to ensure smooth real estate transactions and the effective promotion of our listings. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for real estate. This is an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team environment and gain valuable experience in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities

Transaction Coordination:

  • Manage all aspects of the transaction process from contract to close.
  • Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations, and facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is properly executed and deadlines are met.
  • Update transaction coordination platform daily with key dates and updates

Marketing Support:

  • Create and distribute marketing materials including property flyers, brochures, online listings, etc.
  • Coordinate and maintain online listings presence and update as needed.
  • Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and campaigns.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the real estate team, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client database.

Client Relations:

  • Communicate with clients to keep them informed throughout the buying and selling process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in real estate or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and real estate software SISU, Follow Up Boss (e.g., MLS, CRM).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • CRM Experience Preferable.
  • Strong visual and verbal storyteller.
  • Social Media/Inbound Certifications are a plus.
  • Team player with a strong desire to contribute to a culture of trust and learning.
Compensation

$40,000 - $60,000 yearly
