Seeking a Real Estate Development Project Manager to join the Land Acquisition and Real Estate Development Team. This role involves

  • conducting market analysis to identify strong growth areas,
  • site selection, negotiation, and acquisition,
  • assessing project viability and developing financial pro formas,
  • researching jurisdictional requirements and managing entitlements,
  • overseeing project coordination from design to permits, and
  • monitoring construction progress.

    Requirements include 2+ years in real estate, development experience, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, excellent communication, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a starting salary of $100,000 + bonuses, with benefits such as health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional growth opportunities.

    Travel is required. This role is vital for expanding the company's multifamily portfolio nationwide.
