Real Estate Disposition Manager- Partial Remote

You’ll be responsible for all activities associated with the disposition process. It starts with evaluating each deal and determines the highest and best use for profit for our investors. You will be creating marketing pieces that get emailed out to our established buyers' list on a daily basis. Once the property has been marketed to our buyers, it is the responsibility of this position to communicate in a timely fashion and ultimately negotiate the sale of our properties from the interest the marketing generates. You will build our buyers list and manage all of the relationships with our investors. The primary responsibility of the disposition manager is to market, negotiate and sell properties to a predetermined deadline.

Compensation:

$80,000+commission

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating property and determining the highest best use pricing strategy
  • Contract negotiations
  • Market properties according to established procedures
  • Create new buyer contacts in order to develop and grow our existing buyers list
  • Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process
  • Work with the entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth
  • Develop strong business relationships with buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company
  • Provide the company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue
  • Update progress in CRM daily
  • Help Facilitate new loans, manage loan process
  • Run weekly Standup meeting
  • Assist in budgeting
Qualifications:

  • 2 years of previous real estate sales experience with the ability to close deals
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Personal vehicle for transportation
