We are seeking a full-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join a well-established Air Pollution Control company.
This role involves acting as the face and voice of the company, supporting office staff and managers by answering calls, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, maintaining reports, and drafting correspondence.
The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities include routing phone calls, managing calendars, filing, and handling accounts payable/receivable.
Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, office experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent time management.
Experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce is a plus.
