We are seeking a reliable Receptionist & Shipping Representative Backup in Amelia, Ohio. This temp-to-hire role pays $20/hr and operates on a 1st shift from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
The position involves front desk duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, maintaining files, and managing office supplies. It also requires handling shipping logistics, such as entering orders into online portals, creating Bills of Lading, generating FedEx labels, updating delivery info, and processing invoices.
The candidate will support customer service, shipping, and accounting departments, assisting with freight scheduling and invoicing during busy periods or staff absences. Strong communication skills, data entry proficiency, and shipping documentation experience are preferred.
