Receptionist & Sales Support

Position Title:Receptionist/Sales Support 

Reports to:   Sales Support Team Lead 

PRIMARY Responsibilities:   

Represent RotoMetrics & Maxcess as the front-line point of contact for customers, callers, & walk-in visitors. Provide administrative support to the Sales Department. 

Daily Duties:  

• Operate a busy switchboard in a cheerful manner, forwarding calls to the correct team member 

• Greet and direct walk-in visitors and staff new to the organization 

• Book and manage conference rooms, as needed 

• Monitor & distribute Americas CSR emails during CSR absences  

• Answer basic customer questions about order status, ship dates, etc 

• Execute internal Sales Support requests 

• Update the Roto Customer Master upon request: address, name, & other account changes, coordinating as needed with other Maxcess brands 

• File, prepare mail, & distribute customer POs 

• Promote OneMaxcess brand awareness contributing to all brands under Maxcess International. 

• Other duties as assigned to meet departmental and Company objectives. 

Minimum Qualifications 

• High School diploma or equivalent 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. 

• Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook & Excel 

• Working knowledge of standard office machines (fax, copier, door buzzer, etc) 

• Ability to identify problems and implement or recommend solutions 

• Able to work in a Team environment 

• Salesforce and/or Oracle experience preferred 

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to work in a seated position during shift. 

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods delivering orders and supplies. 

• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (if entering designated manufacturing areas)-safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.
