Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be interested in hybrid opportunities with similar specifications to those below:
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-lifecycle recruiting process
Collaborate with hiring managers on opening job requisitions, sourcing, and interviewing
Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and manage candidate applications efficiently
Act as a liaison between hiring managers and Human Resources department
Properly document all candidate engagements
Proactively source both passive and active candidates
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or Healthcare Administration is strongly preferred
1-6 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition position
Strong grasp of compliance standards, employment law, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives
Familiarity with and interest in various interviewing, negotiation, and influencing techniques and strategies
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ATS, Slack, and Zoom is a must
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive with a positive attitude
