Remote Recruiter based in Texas, contract-to-hire role in talent acquisition for a national real estate organization.
Reporting to the VP of HR, the recruiter manages full-cycle hiring across departments, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key duties include partnering with hiring managers, maintaining recruitment metrics, promoting employer branding, supporting onboarding, and ensuring compliance.
Qualifications include 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in real estate or property management, strong communication, organization skills, and proficiency in HR tech. Bilingual skills and occasional travel are a plus.
