We seek an Agency Executive (Regional Distribution Manager) to build and maintain relationships with key brokers and agencies in the West region, primarily representing the Middle Markets segment within the Global Risk Solutions business.
Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to grow profitable premium volume, cross-sell across segments, and drive new business. The role involves developing strategic plans with agents/brokers, increasing market penetration, and responding to customer needs.
Qualifications: 5+ years in insurance and underwriting, strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a solid understanding of Property & Casualty and Specialty insurance products.
