Position Summary
The Regional General Manager, Midwest Operations is a senior operational leader responsible for the overall performance, safety, and profitability of multiple Midwest facilities. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership across labor management, productivity, quality control, safety, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
The Regional General Manager partners closely with the Midwest Operations leadership team to ensure operational excellence, continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and scalable growth. This position plays a critical role in driving efficiency, improving systems and processes, and contributing directly to the organization's bottom-line results.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
The work environment reflects a standard warehouse setting, including working near others, exposure to heavy machinery, moderate to high noise levels, and varying indoor and outdoor temperatures. Onsite work is required; this is not a remote position.
Travel Requirements
Approximately 80% travel is required for company site visits. Most travel will occur within a 2.5-hour radius and be completed as day trips. Travel to remote sites, including Olive Branch, MS, is required at minimum on a quarterly basis.
