What's the role about?:

 

Regional Sales Manager (National)

Nestle Professional (working for Powerforce)

 

Full time, Permanent

Salary:  Competitive basic salary + up to 20% bonus opportunity + company car/car allowance + pension scheme

Working: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Remote, work from home

 

This is a national role with frequent travel and overnights. For this role you must be based on the mainland UK as the majority of the team are based in England and Scotland.

 

In this role, you will be leading a team of 8 Coffee Ambassadors and reporting into the Nestle Professional Account Manager. This is a really fast paced account with the opportunity to shape how we work operationally with plenty of client facing exposure.

 

The ideal applicant for this role will have some client facing / account management experience and demonstrable capability with leading a team. At Powerforce we are passionate about our people so you will be driving progress and development in a positive manner to ensure high engagement.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Training, developing and inspiring a team of Coffee Ambassadors, creating a culture of coaching and people development within the team
  • Leading the field team, instilling passion for performance and achievement and driving ROI
  • Developing team operating standards - use insight from the field and collected data to drive best practice ways of working and continuous improvement in team operations
  • Embedding and championing both Nestle Professional and Powerforce values across the team and ensure they are lived every day
  • Ensuring company standard operating systems are embedded across all team members
  • Delivering regular team meetings, attending client meetings and ensuring all of the available data is being utilised effectively by the team
  • Delivering a high level of stakeholder management

 

Requirements:

  • Reside on mainland UK
  • A full, manual driving license  for a minimum of  12 months
  • Practical access to both our client’s and Powerforce offices
  • Ability to work from home with strong broadband access
  • Ability to travel and overnight extensively away from home location
