Registered Nurse - Cardiac and Neurology Clinical Decision Unit - Sign-On Bonus

The Cardiac/Neurology Unit is a 28-bed telemetry unit focused on caring for cardiac and neuro patients requiring monitoring. Team members are dedicated to continuous learning and superior care.

Your Role:

• Assume responsibility for patient care and environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and apply the nursing process.
• Lead and mentor other healthcare team members.
• Demonstrate respect for patient rights and confidentiality.
• Practice under Florida's Nurse Practice Act and TMH policies.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
• RN license in Florida and BLS/CPR certification.
• Preferred: 2+ years of RN experience.
