The Registered Clinical Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in delivering world-class healthcare by:

• Assuming responsibility for the patient's care environment.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members and applying the nursing process autonomously.
• Leading and mentoring other healthcare team members.
• Coordinating and delegating care in a safe environment.
• Respecting patient rights and using evidence-based practices.

Requirements include an Associate degree in nursing, RN licensure in Florida, and BLS/CPR certification. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and two or more years of RN experience.
