Registered Nurse - Internal Medicine Unit - Sign-On Bonus

The Internal Medicine Unit is a 39-bed unit focused on medical-surgical patients, requiring a wide range of skills to address complex needs. Team members are expected to:

• Assume responsibility for patient care environments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and apply the nursing process autonomously.
• Lead and mentor other healthcare team members.
• Respect patient rights and utilize evidence-based practices.

Required qualifications include an associate degree in nursing, RN licensure in Florida, and BLS/CPR certification. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and two years of RN experience.
