Registered Nurse - Neurology Neurosurgery Unit - Sign-On Bonus

Role Overview:

• Provide patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Lead and mentor team members while ensuring a safe care environment.
• Respect patient rights and utilize evidence-based practices.
• Adhere to nursing regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
• RN license in Florida and BLS/CPR certification required.
• Preferred: 2+ years of RN experience.
