Do you have experience donning and doffing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and wearing for a full shift?

Are you eligible to be Fit tested for a N95 mask (required PPE) and able to wear a N95 mask for a full shift?

Commitment to your schedule is expected. This includes arriving on time for your shift as well as working all scheduled shifts. Do you have any personal commitments now or planned over the next 90-days that would prevent you from working an established schedule that will require both weekend and evening work? Examples: a 2nd job, school, childcare commitments, etc.

Covid Testing for Clinic at Client lcoations. 2-3 wkdays and every other wknd, M-F 10 hrs Sat 8 hrs Sun 7 hrsAverage will be 30-35 hrs per week (If you can travel to more than one Client location you can get up to 38-40 hours)The Registered Nurse will conduct all activities related to screening patients for COVID19: patient registration in EPIC EMR, insurance verification, point of care test specimen collection/processing, notifying patient of results, educate patient on appropriate next steps based on test results. Additional responsibilities include maintaining infection control and lab processing requirements. Testing location will be based at *** locations both inside and outside the store. Required PPE will be available as appropriate. Role requires candidates to screen in patients in a fast-paced environment. Although the role is assigned to one particular location, travel may be required to nearby locations based on screening needs. Contract extension may be possible on a case-by-case basis depending on location and community testing needs. Training and orientation will be provided prior to start.

Position Summary:

The Client RN assists in providing clinical services in a unique retail setting. Under the supervision of a Client Nurse Practitioner, the LPN will assist with greeting patients, taking vital, completes accurate patient documentation via computerized charting, as well as duties such as supply ordering, inventory and weekly patient logs.

Minimum of one year related work experience to include working with an Electronic Medical Record,0 Preferably EPIC and taking vital signs and performing Point of Care Testing.

Education:

must have a full, active and unrestricted license as a RN n a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
