Registered Nurse - Postoperative Care/ Trauma Unit - Sign-On Bonus

The Postoperative Care/Trauma Unit is a 45-bed facility caring for postoperative and trauma patients of all ages. Our mission is to exceed national patient outcome standards through superior, personalized care.

Your role includes:

• Assuming responsibility for patient care environments.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members and applying the nursing process autonomously.
• Leading and mentoring healthcare team members.
• Coordinating and delegating care in a safe environment.

• Requirements include an Associate degree in nursing, RN licensure in Florida, and BLS/CPR certification. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and two years of RN experience.
