Registered Nurse RN Long Term Acute Care Med Surg

Overview:
Expected pay for this position is $36.23 - $53.02/hour, based on licensure year. Current staff highlight the strong teamwork and family-like atmosphere at the facility.

Position Summary:
Provide quality care to critically ill patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Act as a patient advocate, supervise nursing care, develop care plans, and ensure patient education and discharge planning.

Qualifications:

• Required: High School Diploma/GED, current RN licensure in Illinois or Michigan, BLS certification.
• Preferred: BSN, experience in critical care, proficiency in EMR and Microsoft applications.
