What You’ll Actually Do as the Business Relationship Manager:
· Develop and grow new business relationships through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community engagement
· Expand commercial banking relationships and support deposit growth initiatives
· Build partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and professional groups throughout the DFW area
· Conduct onsite meetings, networking events, and client presentations
· Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and reporting systems
· Partner with internal teams to ensure a positive onboarding and client experience
· Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and promote additional financial solutions
What You’ll Need to Succeed as the Business Relationship Manager:
· 3–5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, relationship management, or financial services sales
· Proven success with prospecting, networking, and developing new business relationships
· Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
· Ability to work independently in a highly client-facing environment
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities
· Experience managing sales pipelines and client activity through CRM platforms
It’s a Bonus If You Have:
· Banking, credit union, or financial institution experience
· Experience working with commercial clients or business accounts
· Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
