Key responsibilities include developing and improving preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs, conducting root cause analyses, and utilizing condition monitoring tools like thermography and vibration analysis.
The role involves collaborating across teams to prioritize reliability initiatives, analyzing failure data, leading equipment improvements, and managing the CMMS.
Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and innovative, with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 3+ years of experience, and knowledge of rotating equipment, CMMS, RCA, RCM, and data analysis tools.
Requirements include strong problem-solving, communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. This on-site position requires U.S. work authorization, and no remote options are available.
