Install Base is a software platform that focuses on asset-based information. The platform supports Honeywell Intelligrated business units by providing customer site-data such as equipment summaries, types of equipment installed, project summaries, BOM’s, phased out items, software types and versions, ‘where used’ criteria, and after market yields. The function of Install Base is to provide asset data to its users to support growth opportunities, forecasting, assist in decision making, and to understand a customer’s asset portfolio.
Scope of work:
Data maintenance - ensure accuracy of data for customer’s installed equipment; collect data from various sources in various formats ranging from, but not limited to, Excel, SharePoint, Oracle, Tableau, and MSSQL.
Assist in analyzing and interpreting data. Run reports, assess data integrity, and correct inconsistences within applications.
Organize and preparing weekly reports. Assist in designing, developing, and creating data visualizations in Tableau.
This can be backfill to additional job responsibilities within current scope
Training and onboarding for this process will be provided
YOU MUST HAVE
· Pursuing a Bachelors degree inEngineering, Business, IT, Data Analysis
· Graduate December 2022 or after
· Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Excellent analytical skills
· Good people skills and the ability to work effectively with other organizations and individuals at all levels
