The Remote Administrative Assistant provides high-level secretarial and administrative support with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Manages complex calendars, schedules meetings, makes travel arrangements, and prepares documents.
- Performs clerical tasks, reviews mail, and prioritizes items for action.
- Operates office equipment and software proficiently.
- Coordinates meetings, prepares agendas, minutes, and follows up on action items.
- Handles calls, assists visitors, and manages sensitive information appropriately.
- May lead special projects requiring independent judgment and analysis.
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with college coursework substituting for experience. Experience supporting executives, taking minutes, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment are desirable.
