The role involves assisting the Outreach, Recruitment, and Engagement (ORE) Core leadership to facilitate the recruitment and retention of research participants through community engagement and collaboration with other organizations.
The Program Manager oversees the daily operations of the ORE core and Research Education Component (REC).
They also work closely with the Clinical Core, as well as individual Study Coordinators, using recruitment strategies that will aid them in meeting their recruitment goals, such as organizing outreach events to underrepresented communities in and around Boston.
Required Skills
