CAREER DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Researcher/Administrative Assistant. In this position, you will need to enter information into our database in a quick, timely and accurate manner.  You will need to build planners for our Search Consultants quickly and accurately.  You must understand and utilize research resources available to you, as well as recognize and master all recruiting sources in order to identify potential candidates. You will add these to the database for existing or future job openings.  These will include but not limited to; Linked In, Monster, Google, Social Media, Indeed, Simply Hired, most internet Recruiting Sites and Job Boards, GRN West Palm Beach’s database and our Clients’ and potential Clients’ Websites.

Initially as a Researcher/Administrative Assistant, you will be doing mostly research, sourcing & name gathering and some administrative work.  As your skills increase, you might be interested in increasing your responsibilities and title to a role as a Recruiting Project Coordinator (RPC).  In that position, you will help companies find top talent, spending at least 80-90% of your day on the phone cold calling and interviewing potential candidates. The RPC position is truly a sales position, so you must feel comfortable in developing and building relationships with new candidates and clients.

HOURS & PAY

 

We are flexible on hours and schedule (part time is possible). As a Researcher, you will have an hourly wage.  Hours are flexible between 24-32 hours a week (school/daycare hours). If promoted to the role of Recruiting Project Coordinator (RPC), you will have a base salary plus commission based on performance.  On top of that, bonuses are possible for top RPC performers.  A strong-performing RPC can make between $50–60k per year working 30–40 hours per week.

To succeed in this Researcher/Administrative Assistant position:

 

You MUST be disciplined, consistent, and professional with exceptional work ethics and habits.

You MUST be achievement-oriented, and a multi-tasker who works well under pressure.

You MUST have working knowledge of word processing, excel spreadsheets, database and previously worked on a CRM system.

You MUST have good working knowledge of LinkedIn, Job Boards (Monster, etc.), internet and social media searches as well as Microsoft Outlook.

 

We have some of the best training in the industry; but you must have a willingness to learn and an openness and responsiveness to positive, constructive criticism and coaching.
