At Hidden Creek Landscaping our Account Manager position is all about exceptional client service and high-level relationships that lead to loyal clients and adding new clients to the portfolio. To be able to anticipate the client’s needs and be their one-call problem solver while also upholding the values of our company, contributing to the company goals, and acting in the best interest of our employees, clients and assets to ensure success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Respond to all calls and emails within 24 hours
Develop and maintain long-term, loyal client’s relationships, which lead to 100% renewals of each account
Develop and maintain a client schedule to perform site walk through and formal meetings to ensure high quality and service expectations are met and to present site enhancement ideas
Creation of proposals and estimates and communication with Operations Manager when sold, ensure proper scope and time frame of work is estimated and approved by Production and coordinate with Operations manager and Contract Administrator to ensure all paperwork is correct before going into production
Responsible to get all information into the mow books for the Operation Managers’ for all contracted work, so that the crews know what has been sold
Follow up with clients weekly and when work orders are scheduled and when they are completed.
Update Sales leads spread sheet on the common weekly
Lead discussion of current Pipeline opportunities and next steps in sales meeting
Coordinate site visits with production team to assure that consistent and timely visits occur
Approve project paperwork and check final invoice is accurate. Turn in to Contract Administrator for invoicing
Follow up with overdue invoices (anything pass 30+ days out)
Follow up with old not sold proposals to check status
Weekly meetings with Sales team and Production to review current workload and pipeline.
Work with Administration and Operations team to provide constant communication on client needs and ensure that “Sales Promises” are communicated
Sell and maintain acceptable gross margins for contract and work orders that meet the Maintenance Division’s budgets
