A growing residential home builder is seeking an experienced Controller with 10+ years of accounting and financial management in residential construction or home building.
- Oversee all financial operations, including preparing financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow, job costing, and overall business performance
- Assist leadership with financial planning and analysis
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
- Manage month-end and year-end close, accruals, general ledger, and tax compliance
- Ensure accurate project reporting and maintain internal controls
Qualifications include a strong understanding of construction accounting, proficiency in financial software, and excellent leadership skills. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree preferred and a background in residential construction accounting.
