About the Role

We are hiring a Residential Construction Superintendent to lead on-site execution of custom home renovation projects. This role is responsible for day-to-day site operations, subcontractor coordination, and maintaining project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction activities for custom residential renovation projects
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
  • Interpret construction drawings and collaborate with architects and designers to resolve field issues
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
  • Manage site logistics including material deliveries, cleanliness, and organization
  • Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams regarding progress and updates
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including change orders and site records

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end residential construction
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents
  • Experience managing multiple phases of construction projects
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Procore) and standard office software
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday (project-based hours may vary)
