The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining restaurant equipment and facilities to ensure safety and operational standards.


  • Completes preventive maintenance work orders promptly to support equipment care and control costs.
  • Assists with projects involving carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and tile work as directed.
  • Maintains inventory of tools and parts, keeps work areas clean and organized, including vehicle maintenance.
  • Requires 5+ years of maintenance experience, high school diploma/GED, and EPA certification; electrical and HVAC skills are a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record are required; Spanish language skills are helpful.
  • Strong communication, self-motivation, and time management skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.
